Agency: Singer and musician Bappi Lahiri has passed away. Bappi Lahiri, 69, died at a Mumbai hospital. Bappi Lahiri suffered from obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) and recurrent chest infections. She died a day after being discharged from the hospital –

Bappi Da has been suffering from OSA problems for over a year. Dr. Deepak Namjoshi was treating him. Due to this serious problem, Bappi Da was admitted to Criticare Hospital in Juhu for 29 days. He was discharged from the hospital on February 15, a day before his deathBut a day after being discharged from the hospital,

Bappi’s health deteriorated again. In critical condition, he was brought back to Criticare Hospital. He breathed his last at the hospital around 11:45 pm. Doctors tried hard to save him but were unsuccessful. Bappi Lahiri had been ill for some time.

He had to go to the hospital since last year. He was admitted to hospital last year with mild symptoms of corona. He was placed under the care of a doctor at Breach Candy Hospital.According to doctors, Bappi was suffering from many health problems.

He died of OSA (obstructive sleep apnea). OSA is a sleep disorder. This includes frequent obstructions to breathing during sleep. Due to which not only the weight increases but also the amount of oxygen in the blood decreases.

Mr. Bappi Lahiri’s music was all around. I was about to express different feelings. Many generations of people can feel connected to his music. Everyone will remember his smiling nature. I am saddened by his passing.
